Web design for a screen printing service for a printing company. We defined the users as design companies and creators, and designed a simple, functional site that is easy to understand and to order. Users were concerned about price, which can hinder ordering, so we added a simple estimate function to allow users to inquire and place orders with confidence.
Estimate Function
I identified problems that users viewed the site but did not place a final order. Users were concerned about price, which was a barrier to placing orders, so I added a rough estimate function to help them feel comfortable inquiring and placing orders.
